The USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) was produced for the officers, the sailors, the plank owners, the builders and for any parents who are just proud of their sons and daughters. 760 signed and numbered limited pieces are barely enough for a continuing crew of 5000. Thank you to the US Navy for providing the original photograph and the Navy Seal! Thank you to the US Post Office in Simi Valley, California for the use of the First day post mark that accompanies the first day issue stamp. Because of reflections all pieces are glassless and sealed with non-yellowing lacquers and vinyl's.
“Navy Up” comes from the term “Cowboy Up” which means to toughen up! The animation for this catchphrase was drawn by retired Disney artist Dave High of Simi Valley California. The bucking stallion represents the forever cowboy in Ronald Reagan. Included with your order is this shirt, tool box sticker, jacket patch, 8x10 glossy of the ship and all of the documentation so far collected.
So … NAVY UP!
